Are you sure about that, the disc and not even in IMAX cinemas did they have IMAX scenes?!

I always wonder what part of the audio is improved? I own the steelbook disc of this movie and IMO the bass is lacking. When Kscape does an audio/video update is there any chance they get a “better” version than the disc? In this case improvement in the LFE ?

Generally speaking, nobody is just sitting around tweaking these audio mixes over the years. Unless there's a new remix/master created, they'll be working from the same mix as the disc and streaming, and any differences SHOULD be minor and only due to what's introduced by the encoding processes for the different delivery platforms.

Well you are correct. Superman now sounds incredible. I’m sure the adjustments were with the SPL and the fact that the volume was low prior. However damn it sounds so dynamic and the LFE slams. Well done Kscape. Gotta love the ability to offer audio improvements.
