Looking at my preorder list for boutique and box set releases, I’ll add:

Sept. 17: Chronicles of Riddick 4K HDR — Arrow (HD only on K)
Oct. 1: Columbia Classics Vol. 5 4K HDR All The King’s Men / On The Waterfront / A Man For All Seasons / Tootsie / The Age of Innocence / Little Women — Columbia (Not sure of K status, likely only HD or just SD)
Oct. 8: Arcane Season 1 4K HDR — GKids (Not on K)
Arcane not coming to K?

Arcane not coming to K?
K hasn't been getting most releases from Shout! lately. No 4Ks. No TV Series. And, frankly, they're not getting many HD releases either.

Most of Shouts releases are licensed so I am not surprised there.

I'd like to see K do a better job with Sony catalog. They seem to lag on Sony more than any other studio when it comes to updates to 4K. Hell, they have titles from Sony that are still stuck in SD that are readily available everywhere else in 4K.

Actually, I'm referring to titles which Shout! distributes digitally. They've gotten better lately and have been putting titles on digital stores that they used to stream exclusively on their own service.

Here's a list of digital releases from Blu-ray.com:
And here's K's list of releases:
I'm not expecting all titles, but there's certainly a dozen high-profile titles that are sorely missing. Something up with the contract?

Purely based upon K Store releases, catalog title updates are at the bottom of K's list for resources. Then, it's a battle between studios. But, at it's core, it's really an issue of catalog titles not being a priority. But, who knows what kind of contractual obligations may be in place that forced K to get The Clean Up Crew instead of Drive. Because there's no one that would make that decision on purpose... right?

It looks like Joker: Folie à Deux is being fast-tracked for home release on October 29th. One more for the calendar.

I would have thought we would get riddick on 4k, i wonder why the delay.
K can't get Riddick 4K because it's a licensed Shout! release that they don't have the digital distribution rights for. HD is the best K can get. This is true across the whole trilogy (1 & 2 are Arrow, 3 is Shout!).

Pitch black is arrow, but I also have the turbine media (Germany) version which includes atmos. Arrow is 5.1.
