Hope is only showing HD on iTunes as well, so definitely not a Kscape issue. Not sure why Neon is only doing HD on this, I was lucky enough to see it for the early showing in Dolby Cinema and enjoyed it.

The KS file is something like 9 GB bigger than what fits on a BD50, so the 'Scape release would likely be the best one if a UHD BD never happens anywhere. No 4k Blu-ray release (US/ international) for Hope either; just a standard 1080 Blu-ray with atmos for $38…wtf? Will snag it during a sale on k.
Man, they're charging an arm and a leg for the UHD Blu-ray outside North AmericaPRE-ORDER

Did you pick it up? If not, I'm willing to take one for the team to evaluate the PQ.The KS file is something like 9 GB bigger than what fits on a BD50, so the 'Scape release would likely be the best one if a UHD BD never happens anywhere.
I could put up with the price but not the English Hard of Hearing subtitles.I'm not paying $30 for Hope in regular
K doesn't like getting horror movies during the Halloween season. However, they usually do get new releases when it's from a major studio so right now I'd lean more towards delayed than absent (Paramount's Ice Cream Man is still missing). Also, it's worth noting that the other missing titles of the week are: The Blair Witch Project, The Devil's Rejects, Don't Move, House of 1000 Corpses, and Repo The Genetic Opera. See if you can find a theme.Where's BUDDY?
Warner Archive digital releases are completely erratic. They could show up at any time. Having said that, I think this title is barely trickling out on disc and has yet to even show up on Amazon. It didn't show up on other digital stores so I took it off the calendar.Any chance we will get Ryan's Daughter (1970) in 4K from Warner Archive which released last week?
I grabbed Out of the Past on 4K disc last Month forgetting that some of the recent Warner Archive have come to K this year. I will skip the disc if we think this will get upgraded from the current SD release.
I'll wait for the disc to arrive and will utilize the D2DKscape indicates a 11/17 (expected) release date for Odyssey.
I saw 'Hope' in a London theatre - digital 4K atmos etc - looked great, the only issue was some of the CGI was spotty and the clarity and sharpness of the picture made it worse; my theory is that Neon rolled out an HD version to somewhat blunt the criticisms of the CGI, an HD picture might help - at least until they can work on a directors cut or fix it (if they intend to at all).Hope is only showing HD on iTunes as well, so definitely not a Kscape issue. I would wait for the time being.
