Yes - that was confusing - sorry. What I mean is the Kaleidescape Integration on the Web Configurator depicts the Kaleidescape integration or device as "disconnected" even though the Strato K is connected and "on". Fix is to unplug the Strato K player, wait 60 seconds, and replug. Then restart the other devices/activities and then it works for about 30 minutes to 1 hour before "disconnecting" and the remote is unresponsive. I have noticed that the remote "ball" at the upper right corner of the remote display is continuously bouncing back and forth, but haven't been able to coincide the two issues (and I am not exactly sure what that means).
EDIT: The issue is with the Remote 3 and/or the UC Kaleidescape integration. The Strato K player continues to function normally via the Kaleidescape app during the periods that the Remote 3 and the Strato K player are not communicating. Rebooting the Remote 3 temporarily fixes the issue. The problem can be initiated by navigating to a movie, starting the movie, stopping the moving, back to title screen, start new movie, etc., and within 5 minutes, the player is no longer accessible. Overnight, rebooting the remote no longer resolves the connection, the remote's Web Configurator shows the K-scape integration as "disconnected," and a reboot of both the Kaleidescape player and the remote are required. The K-scape app can "wake" the player from stand-by, but the remote cannot.
EDIT 2: Incidentally, Home Assistant (HA) entities that use the Kaleidescape player's state to trigger lighting scenes are also not working.
