Pixelization Watching "Normal"

Good morning,

Was watching "Normal" with the family last night on my Strato C tied to a 12TB Compact Terra Prime HDD and noticed two times that the image pixelated for a split second. I did not rewind to see if it was repeatable, but this is the first time seeing such an issue with my setup since getting it last fall. Pixelization made the image all blocky, and the colors went crazy.

Audio also dropped out once during the movie (this was not during the pixelization), which has been extremely rare lately.

Not sure what to make of this - any ideas?

Thanks,
Dino

I'd first check if it's repeatable at the exact same moment. If it is then it points to an issue with the piece of content. If not, then it was likely an issue with something in the environment (network, video processing, hard drive read, etc.).

Hi,

I watched "Normal" a few days ago: Although I did not like the movie, I did not notice any pixelization or audio drop-outs. I was using a Strato C with full-sized Terra servers.
