This is why I keep my Alto in my rack.
 
K did a great sale last year but it came the week of thanksgiving and it was somewhat different than disc sales. So if you know you want a title and see it at a killer price on disc it may be worth getting as you never know of K will have a good sale on it.
 
Makes me wonder if some of these "stores" have an overstock of 4K movies that are just sitting on the "shelves"....
 
Any way to know what K-scape disc to digital price is before I put the physical disc in my Alto? If purchasing the 4K will save me $20 on D2D it makes sense, but if only knocks off a few bucks...

If it's distributed by MGM, Disney, HBO or Twentieth Century I wouldn't count on much of a D2D discount

I did a test last night. Picked up the following discs on the way home and saw price changes on them in Kstore -

  • Jurassic World Dominion 24.99 to 4.92
  • The Batman 24.99 to 21.15
  • Ambulance 24.99 to 4.92

You can guess which ones I then purchased on K-scape.

Now that's the sale worth getting. The Wire, Boardwalk Empire and Sopranos are must haves. I went and purchased Sex and the City too. I'm a guy and that type of show isn't really my cup of tea. 4 middle-age women on the prowl in NYC? But $7.99 per season is a good price for a HD title. It might be funny.
