I love that all my favorites are getting the 4K Cinematic treatment, and that I can run these updates while I'm away for the weekend!

Once I get home, I may not leave my theater for days.

Not much of a bit improvement compared to other films. I would have preferred Dunkirk getting a Cinematic 4K treatment over this.

It's more than a 50% increase in file size just like the others....it's just a shorter title at 88 minutes.

The viewership data Kaleidescape sees on Stop Making Sense is probably skewed because I play it all the time...sometimes just as background music while in the theater on my laptop. So it probably moved up the queue to get the upgrade sooner. Ha!

Haha likewise. This is exactly how I’ve been making the most of my purchase. Easily the most played title in my Kaleidescape library.

I think this is the fourth (more?) time this title has been updated and still hasn’t seen the return of Extras stripped during the HD Compatibility effort.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 (2011) HDR version updated. 4K Cinematic added. ...

I've always thought the color palette on these 2 titles was odd - very washed out and greyish. I don't know if that's intentional. I'ld love to hear how these look with the new encode.

I wonder if they’ve had HDR assets added that weren’t there before.

This is one of the "Final 3" on my list of HD titles I care about. Unfortunately, it moves right from the "Awaiting Update" list to the "Do Not Update" list due to all Extras now appearing only in SD. Given the timeline, and the fact that conversion tools should be pretty "final" at this point in time, this is rather disappointing.

Strange...normal 4K has HDR and the 4K disc is DV.

Digital also has DV, just not on K. This is one of Sony's many "Drop it 4K SDR digitally then go back and make it better for disc, updating the digital file" titles where K is still on the original assets. It's unfortunate that K isn't using this opportunity to acquire the newer/superior assets.
