Looks like the extended comes with the theatrical. It is the only version I see on the store now.

That’s the problem; I purchased the theatrical version couple of days ago, and my library is still showcasing it. But I don’t see it on the store.

I deleted Scary movie to see if something changes. But unfortunately now I have lost the ability to (re)download scary movie.

It’s only showing the extended version and not the one I purchased. That purchase is lost somewhere in the abyss.

Do you still see it in "My Movies"? If not, it could be the transition is still underway. If you see it, see if there's a link for "Other Versions" on the listing. I don't know if K's intention is: A) To transition all prior purchases like other digital stores, or B) To replace the prior listing but only provide the new version to new buyers. I'd also submit a ticket to movies@kaleidescape.com to get input from the content team. It's possible all of this takes care of itself shortly.

It is buried in there, but i couldn’t see any link for other versions. I still cannot locate it on the website / store.

Oooo … is that an update of a previous 4KC? Could that be the new encoding addressing the softness in still frames found by @Rmarci that @tayloe said would be coming soon? I’m hopeful!

I think it hat to do with my complain with the black crush in GotG.
That is how things work with KS, you send them a message and they respond and fix the problem! Sometimes it goes faster then an other problem, but they will do it.

Is this the first time a 4KC has been updated for video improvements? Would be good to get a confirmation this is the fix. And for them to implement something like the 4 steps I outlined in the other thread to keep people updated on what’s been fixed etc.

Yes, maybe that’s it. I just got excited there thinking maybe 4KC updates would start rolling out now.

This is one is probably on the top of my all time movie list. I laugh every time I see Ben Foster at the desk looking for a room.
