I will be returning to work this morning. I have no more detail to share than that but it would seem that life is returning to our company.

Thanks for sharing and I hope everything does return to normal for you and the rest of the employees that were laid off. I know us complaining about our movie players possibly not working pales in comparison with people unsure of their employment.
 
That's great news. I can only assume it's due to all our frantic store content purchasing... ;-)

Having an uncertain employment situation is bad for anyone and I am glad that you are returning back to work and things are getting better.

Hope all of the former K employees will return to work soon and K returns back to full operations.

Hopefully there will be a formal announcement from Kaleidescape today to put all the speculation and rumors to bed.

An official statement from K is needed at this point of what has transpired and what the plan will be moving forward. And hopefully soon

Happy to hear you're going back to work, hope all or most of your colleagues are as well, and that there's a solid business plan going forward!
 
Too busy for official statements at the moment, more important things to work through, but things are progressing nicely, the electric bill at K is starting to increase, more to follow very soon.

Well, that's great news! I was so hopeful that something could be figured out. It sounds like that might well be the case, and it couldn't happen to a better company. Here's hoping there's more good news in the near future!
 
This is the best news of the week! I talked to Jim last week on the phone. He is a standup guy and helping to coordinate amazing things to save K. I am truly happy to hear about all of this momentum. Fingers crossed and a huge congrats for those K employees that are returning to work. Happy for you and happy for your customers (aka us ;-)
 
Just wanted to let you all know that I wrote a couple of support email questions to K before the bad news. Yesterday all of them came back as answered so clearly they are staffing up their CS teams as well again. Great indicators!
