US store. Bought it in Fabruary 2022. At that time it had also SD but no info that it was the longer version in the SD download. I still see the SD now but still with no info. If I sign out of the store the SD version disappear.
It was only ever available in SD, I believe the master is circa 25 years old! Kino Lorber have been trying for years to get access to the 16mm OCN for a 4K UHD, thus far Ska films have not provided it - despite a licensing agreement.

Anybody else have lip sync issues on these particular titles on all audio tracks? On mine, the audio is significantly delayed behind video with the same lip sync settings I use for everything else

I downloaded this new version of Diamonds Are Forever because I love the song and wanted to hear how it sounded in Atmos. After the opening credits, once the movie started, I could see that lips moved slightly before words were spoken. Not terrible on my system but enough to notice. I then tried looking at a few scenes with the Dolby Digital 5.1 sound track and that one seems okay but I only looked at a few brief scenes, so not sure. The Atmos track definitely has the issue.

How do we report such things? Is it movies or support @kaleidescape.com

Both just are not right at least on my system. All my other K movies and things across various apps on my Apple TV all look fine with the same delay set on my AVR. With these 2 new Bond films I need to turn off lip sync entirely, so 0ms, and then everything else is way off

I'm seeing a bunch of splits on movies now in my digital offers. A bunch of movies now are split between regular and director's/extended cuts and now show up in my digital offers for the alternate cuts.

I noticed that as well. It seems a lot of the extended editions are in HD, whereas the regular editions are in 4K.

This is actually pretty typical with only a handful of movies getting multiple cuts in 4K. I think what has happened is that D2D offers that used to only apply to one version of a movie are now applying to alternate versions as well. As a big fan of Alternate Cuts, I already own most of them except when K only has a cut in SD (when everyone else is HD). So, two of those popped up this morning. I got excited for a minute thinking they were upgraded to HD, but alas it's still HD but now with a lower price that I still won't pay.

Interesting that I am not seeing any of these updates posted above though have several of these movies in my collection.

I think these are the same updates we had a couple months back. They were like downgraded the other day and now updated to the same version again.

BTW, it looks like this was an error and has been fixed. I hope that anyone that wanted to pick up alternate cuts at a discount jumped at the opportunity. Otherwise, the time has passed.

This is one thing I find interesting about K... every once in a while there's a (human?) error that can benefit folks. If you're new to K, you'll learn to seize these opportunities when they appear. :)
