Will Batman, the TV series make it to the Kaleidescape Store?

Looks to be a complete repurchase even if the store acknowledges that the system has them with the "You own on blu-ray" tag... Argh!

What is the "season 2 part 1" idea as well? Why are they splitting the 60 episodes up during purchase? Ref: https://store.kaleidescape.com/tv/details/22057152

If this is related to the complete set the offering should parallel reflect (courtesy of Amazon):

Discs 1-3 includes all 34 episodes of Season One. (12 episodes each on discs 1 & 2 and 10 episodes on disc 3)
Discs 4-9 includes all 60 episodes of Season Two. (12 episodes each on discs 4, 5 ,7 & 8 and 6 episodes on discs 6 & 9)
Discs 10-12 includes all 26 episodes of Season Three. (12 episodes on disc 10 and 11 and 2 on disc 12)
Disc 13 has over 3 hours of extras
