US / UK Site - Differential Pricing

Right now, The Hunger Games collection of 5 films can be purchased on the US site for $29.99

To purchase all 5 films on the UK site costs £29.99 each apart from one of the films which is £24.99. That comes to £144.95 or around $195.

I appreciate that there has to be some regional differences in price and I know that the UK prices include VAT @20% but surely this is ridiculous. I do want to purchase from the UK site whenever possible as I live in the UK but how on earth can it be that the same films in the UK cost over 6 x the US price?
 
Different countries means different distributers. There’s no reason to expect similar pricing in completely different countries.
