Whoo-hoo!!! This is one of the original 2016 4K titles that had been revised digitally on other digital stores but was still in 4K SDR on K. It recently got a fresh encode which frustrated me as I knew superior assets were available. And here they are!

FYI, the Extended Cut is only available in HD digitally (the disc has both cuts in 4K) so K is now caught up! Great job! Love to see it! I hope we see more! This is what we want in 4KC updates. Catch ‘em all up!

Kudos to K for passing on their third direct-to-video horror title for the period. This is how progress is made, one week at a time.

Also, Interview with the Vampire has received its new 4K artwork which makes me think K will be receiving the title as an upgrade. As previously noted, Apple received a completely new "HD" listing weeks back that is expected to be updated to 4K as opposed to their original many-years-old listing.

I’m really tempted to pick up Made, but I noticed the lionsgate limited disc includes atmos. Wish there would be some parity on the audio side as well. Video is just one part of the entire experience imho.

Maybe I’ll just add the Kscape cinematic version via d2d, at a later stage. Not a really prudent financial policy, but I just cannot compromise on the audio side, especially when I know there is a superior version available on another platform/media.
