At the moment the release of the 4K upgrade was not accompanied by an HD Compatibility update that restores HD Extras as we saw with other 4K upgrades like The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Speed Racer is still missing HD Extras and has a subset of Extras in SD. Hopefully this gets addressed in the near future.

Kino generally doesn’t acquire digital rights for the 4K studio titles they release, so it’s based upon the studio. MGM or Paramount? We may see it on K (eventually). Universal? Nope.

That's what happened once I purchased Ryan Gosling's Drive 4K.
