U.S. COURT ORDERS SEIZURE OF ?DVD RIPPING? SOFTWARE DOMAINS AND FUNDS

It was easy to see this coming, selling software of that nature in U.S. is prohibited based on current law. Most of such programs that find there way into the U.S. are being manufactured and sold outside the country.

Doesn't affect K for a number of reasons, the most obvious being they do not sell that type of software. They also operate under licensing agreements with content owners (although one agreement is under challenge by the DVD-CCA). There is nothing in the lawsuit and ruling that adds to, or changes, current law. They targeted a specific company to enforce the existing laws.
