The equipment mentioned above is mostly on the right side of the rack and services the theater. The upper left is a Denon X1600H and some Triad SubAmps that drive my living room (Sony 85X900H and 2.2 Triad Silver LCR and Bronze sub in-walls). I just use an Apple TV there. The PC is technically connected to the living room as well through a ~35' HDMI 2.1 fiber cable as that were I most often use it; however, when I want to game in the theater (for now) I just cable swap to an HDMI plugged into the Marantz. The equipment racks sits in our storage room on the other side of the wall from the theater, so easy cabling access and I didn't need to built it in or do anything super fancy with the rack since it's in that room.
I've been dabbling with crypto mining (hence double GPUs) on the PC since January so it does a lot more of that than gaming (it was built intended for gaming), so we will see what the future holds with it. We also have a Switch connected in the living room.
Control4 controls both entertainment spaces as well as various items throughout the entire house. Pictures are a little old, but I haven't changed too much in the room. There's an old C4 remote pictured there, but we upgraded to the NEEOs in both entertainment areas some months ago. The cheap folding table behind the couch is also gone and there's a nice couch table back there. I also keep my wife's last gen iPad mini sitting on a charging dock on the couch table in the theater room for quick grab use.
The couch was from Ikea. With one row and focused family use, we wanted a couch vs. theater chairs. We can still comfortably get 2 families (adults and kids) in the room as the couch is ~14' wide. The blankets were hand-made by my aunt as the basement room can often be chilly. Pillows and bean bags from Target.
I still need to pick up an original Return of the Jedi poster, frame it, and hang it in that empty wall space over on the right-hand (nonentry door) wall. Lastly, on the far right is an air purifier I keep running in there on low. We keep the door closed all the time to keep the cats out, so the purifier catches dust and particles from the HVAC blowing in.
