Problems with Strato playback

Strato C and Terra has arrived (Early😃)and I’m having the same issues I was having with the Strato S with the Same HDMI cable(The one that’s shipped with the StratoS) However once I swapped the HDMI Cable to the same one I’m using on my PS5 and Xbox Series X that can handle 4K 120 the issue went away and no more video cut out so I’m gonna chalk it up to the pixel Gen Hdmi cable that they provide is not up to snuff or doesn’t play well with certain setups ….
 
Update** Actually still happening 😔…..Must of gotta a good Handshake the times i tested but just now it did the video cut out and switching inputs worked to fix it for that session
 
It’s definitely doing it less then it was with the original HDMI Cable …..In my instance it’s basically the luck of the draw if the Strato gets a good handshake when I switch inputs initially…..If not i get the Video blackout and have to refresh the Handshake I guess by switching inputs back and forth once …….RZ 50 is doing my Video Switching
