Anyone with ideas why D2D for HDR-upgrade on the first Die Hard is $13.42 when the rest of the franchise (and any other title in the sale) are only $5.31? The whole Adrenaline sale appears to be Fox, and all titles are going from disc-in-vault (so no upgrade-from-download issues.)

Aha... that explains it. I'm so used to the best-quality being the one going on sale that (as much as I try not to) sometimes I see the H and visually auto-complete to HDR. I guess that also changes the question to: any ideas why the first Die Hard is only on sale at the HD-level (despite an HDR copy being available,) when all the others have their HDR offerings discounted?
