Last movie watched

MI The Final Reckoning I really enjoyed this film. I liked all of them, but this one was fantastic, well worth it IMO.

Same. Sound (great bass!) and picture were also top notch.

Definitely worth a watch. It's very grainy (hopefully not due to K-Scape encode), and it's a bit gory, but Ana Sophia Heger (all of 11 years old) and Taron Egerton are fantastic in a compelling film.

I’m late to the party on this one, picked it up on sale. Last time I watched would have been in theatres. What a solid transfer.

To some, Weapons might not be pure horror, but I’m still calling it one of the best horror movies in a long, long time.
It’s a slow burner to start but once it gets going it’s full of tense edge of your seat suspense with some jump scares.

Deadpool 2 - funny and fast paced. It is not a masterpiece but it was enjoyable. Although 4K the picture was softer than I wanted.

The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out of the Window and Disappeared

I literally laughed until tears were streaming down my face...

Argh, I feel like we've have hardly used our theater this summer. I think we saw more movies at the commercial theater (3) than we might have watched at home over the summer months. Our last movie was the original "Karate Kid" which was a fun 1980s exposure to our 15 and 12 year olds, LOL.

I'm really wanting to see "Bad Guys 2" as a family, but we just can't find a night to get it in. So, I'll post about the last movie I haven't watched, but really want to instead...

Phoenician. I think it falls into an "an acquired taste" category. Also, not a big fan of small aspect ratios.

Didn't hate it, though.

Superman 2025 - i enjoyed it. I thought the leads were all well cast

Me too, I didn't really care for the casting of the leads adoptive parents though.

Yeah, same. I want to see the Kent's as stoic .... these two came off more as buffoon yokels
