NEWS: Kaleidescape & 3D

C'MON JIM- post up all your SECRET INFO about the TOP SECRET MX900 Player that decodes DDHD DTSHD ABC PDQ and BBQ! ;)

I would like all those things that Ian mentions but I agree, its probably a ways out.

So, if I am understanding this correctly- it is possible to simultaneously output Dolby TrueHD or DTS master through HDMI while outputting the dolby digital signal through the optical or RCA digital ports for D-Box compatibility- it would just require a new piece of hardware? As in, there are not any licensing or other technological hurdles to overcome?

It does not even really require a new piece of hardware, unless your existing pre-pro won't decode TrueHD/DTS-MA.

Sorry- I was referring just to the feature to get TrueHD and DTS Master output on HDMI with simultaneous DD Output on the digital audio output port to drive a D-Box system. Right now, I believe the M300 and M500 players degrade the audio quality from TrueHD to get the D-Box compatible output. Is simultaneous lossless audio and lossy audio for xbox through the two different ports possible?
