Yes, it's available in HDR along with the UHD and HDR versions of "The Emoji Movie" (with Dolby Atmos sound).

There is not. Apparently its a Fox thing, not K's decision. However, i think this would be a great opportunity for K to throw customers a bone by offering special discounts to those who've already spent the $ on the HD version... little things like this go a long way IMO :)
