Hi,

In the store under digital offers I am being offered HD upgrades to movies I own in 4K (e.g. Mad Max Fury Road) for $19.57 and also 4k upgrades to HD films I own (Devil Wears Prada) for $9.99. What's going on - are these really upgrades?

Also I seem to be suffering from the inability to delete multiple versions of the same film - used to do this all the time to manage space now no longer seems possible - clever way to sell more servers I guess :)

It can be confusing since they’re lumping several things into one bucket.

The movies you already own in 4k, those are going to be alternate versions you can buy like the Mad Max Chrome edition or Director/Special/Collectors editions.

The movies you own in HD and you see a 4K version, that’s a discount to update your version to the new resolution master.

Any updates that are within the same resolution (eg 4K SDR to 4K DolbyVision) are in Movie Updates and they’re going to be free.

To delete a version you need to delete it all, it will either add another dialog to select which version to delete, or it will delete all versions and then you redownload and cancel the download of the versions you don’t want.
