Bugs Bunny 80th Anniversary Collection - Disc-to-Digital Price?

I scanned in all three discs in this collection and the $29.99 non-D2D price was reduced to...$29.99. The item shows in my Digital Offers, but at the same price as the regular price. It says it's eligible for D2D, so that's not the issue.

Anyone else try to upgrade this collection? What price were you offered? (I did reach out to K customer service, so maybe this is just a glitch.)
 
As far as I’m aware, scanning only the first disc should suffice for any collection. Maybe the 3 discs messed up the process (creating redundancy). Not too sure maybe someone else could chime in.
 
Not all titles carry reduced prices for D2D, some studios are better than others at offering discounted pricing. Please report back any advice you receive from support.
 
This is Warner Bros., so I would expect a good discount. Only scanned the other 2 discs after no D2C offer appeared. The item shows up in Digital offers, just with no discount.
