    I will say I have noticed an issue with my M500 connected to a Sony OLED display. After approx 30 days of standby time I will turn on the player and the screen will be pink (missing a color in the signal). The only way to fix is a reboot of the player. I’ve tested and can confirm the issue...

    Harvesting 3U drives for a 1U (?)

    Generally, no. However, if the drives are still under warranty you can send them to Kaleidescape to have them re-imaged to work in a new server. The other possibility is if the drives never had data written to them (ie you have 7 drives in the server but only had a few movies stored on it)...

    Music Playback License Required?

    Forgot to update everyone on this but a simple email to support took care of the issue. They just asked for the serial number of the servers I would like to enable music playback on and that took care of it. As an example of how awesome K support is, they replied to my email even on Christmas Day!

    Folder naming

    Solved! To fix this your iTunes data folder must point to the same directory as the Kaleidescape data folder. Then All the albums will move from the Kaleidescape Data folder and into the next folder up, with the correct folder names. Thank you for your suggestions everyone!
