At this point does it really matter, it's all about convenience innit? K have spoken with their actions and anecdotally most of their customers seem to agree with them that things like this are good enough. At this point it feels like we have gone beyond flogging the metaphorical horse and there is nothing left to be gained other than from acceptance.
