So....for quite a crucial set of films, the Outrage trilogy by Takeshi Kitano, the middle film is missing from the store.
The Outrage (2010) , Beyond Outrage (2012), Outrage Coda (2017)
Unfortunately, only Outrage and Outrage Coda are available, the "hole" being "Beyond Outrage".

I don't think I saw "Something's Gotta Give (2003)" mentioned, which needs an HD upgrade -- available to stream.
I think these were previously mentioned, but let me +1 Tootsie (HD), The Station Agent (HD), and Pump Up the Volume (not even in the store).
 
Does Kaleidescape EVER respond to any of these kinds of comments? My experience suggests either seldom or never. And all of the product shortcomings notwithstanding, K's lack of open communication has always been my biggest gripe. Other well known high end A/V companies (e.g. Trinnov, Lumagen, Storm) do a MUCH better job. So frustrating.

This is not an official Kaleidescape message board. They suggest this input be sent to movies@kaleidescape.com. I’ve never received a response from there, but I have seen titles upgraded to HD after my requests.
 
They do not normally respond, but they do get the information. The Store folks are always very busy, it's non-stop all day reviewing content, bookmarking, communicating with the studios, responding back to most direct email contacts from owners, etc.. They don't really have time to respond to each posted comment. It's nice that the other companies named in the above post have the time to respond, but they are not dealing with the complexities of producing products AND operating a very busy Store that's dealing with 40 Studios, each with their own contractual requirements.

Wondering why they didn't get Ferrari like other retailers for digital release. First one I remember them not getting it day and date with iTunes, etc.

I’m new to this whole ecosystem. Is there any structured way of collecting these? Do we have any way of knowing why certain movies don’t exist here? Is there any way of petitioning to get some movies on here?
