What is the best choice?

I think I know the answer, but given the choice between an SD version of a film in the Kaleidescape store, and an HD streaming purchase on AppleTV, what would be your choice? Price is the same for both. Do I buy on Kaleidescape, with the eventual hope that it will be made available in HD? The film is Sonatine; from what I see the audio quality seems to be same for both versions, as the movie is only available in stereo.

HD streaming is typically better than the DVD version. I would get it on AppleTV.

You could also email movies@kaleidescape.com and request that they add the HD version.
