I'm sure I read this on a thread recently, but I can't for the life of me find it.

Essentially when I use one of the movie links in a thread to navigate to the store I have to log in - even if I am logged in (system logs me out and looks for me to sign in).

@MikeKobb I think you maybe said that you would bring it to the attention of the store team.
 
I've definitely been getting logged off, although I can't put my finger on when. I just know that in the past, I never had to sign in when opening the Store for the first time, and now I literally have to sign in every time I visit. It's not a huge deal, but it is definitely happening.

Interesting. I'm not able to reproduce that behaviour but I've reported it to the headend team. If one of you have a moment to run a quick test for me, I'd appreciate it. After logging into your store account, try both of the following links to see if either (or both) of them log you out.

If both of them log you out, please try clearing your browser's cache (including stored cookies) for the *.kaleidescape.com domains.
 
Same deal here. I'm constantly having to log in on Edge in the last couple weeks. Seems to have improved for a time but today it's back in full force.
 
On an iPad running iPadOS 15 (3 years old), I'm being logged out of the webstore every day. On a Mac running current OS, no issues.
 
I reported about this weeks ago. It's still logging me out every time I leave the K store website. I have to login every time. I've also tried on several different browsers (Edge, Firefox and Chrome).

Sorry Mike and @J.Green a bit late to the party. I see that others have responded to the request to test and provided information needed. Thanks for the quick response and possible fix - as always appreciate the help.

I knew someone had, but I couldn't find the thread despite several attempts to trace and the reason why I started this fresh one.
 
In case it's still needed @MikeKobb, both links drop me to a signed-out details page like this:

Nothing stands out different from either link with the URL appearing the same in my browser in both cases as:

The fix is scheduled for the next update to the movie store software (on our headend). We do monthly updates, so it shouldn't be long before this is fixed.

For those of you having this problem in the browser, in our testing, we found that this happened when following a link to the Kaleidescape store from some other website. If you open a new browser window and then go directly to

@rafaelsmith, is your Android app up to date? We did have a bug that was causing the app to ask for login much more often than...
