  • 🔷Why can't I make a new post here in "The Marketplace"? 🤔

    All registered users can reply to other members' posts here in the Marketplace, to respond as potential buyer or ask questions of the seller.
    However, only members who have paid to become "Premium" members or "Patrons" can make a new "for sale" post here in Marketplace.

    Premium memberships can be purchased for as little as $10... a very reasonable fee in order to sell equipment here, far lower than the seller's fee would be on eBay or Audiogon or other sites. Our site doesn't sell ads or sell user's information. This small fee is the only source of funds for the site to offset the costs it takes to run the forum.

I am trying to fund the purchase of a Carada Masking system for my screen by selling my 2nd zone KPlayers.

KPlayer 2000 $600

KPlayer 2500 has HDMI output, Faroudja processing and up-conversion to 1080i over HDMi. $900

What are the Specs?

Can you refresh my memory on the specs for the KPlayer 2000 and 2500?

The KPlayer 2000 had no DVD drive or HDMI, it had BNC connectors for Component Video. The player is capable of 1080i output but will output a max resolution of 480p for DVDs.

The KPlayer 2500 added HDMI output and Faroudja processing, allowing scaling of DVD content up to 1080i over HDMI.

Perfect working condition.
 
They are still available but I have lowered the price to $1800 for both, buyer pays for shipping.

Hello again everyone, I stopped following this for a while but am now going to focus on selling the extra players again.

To recap,

1x KPlayer 2000 (Component output, no HDMI, no DVD drive)
1x KPlayer 2500 (Component and HDMI output with scaling to 1080i over HDMI, no DVD drive.)

Jerry, I'm not sure if you noticed but my phone number that I posted spells out 353-SOX1 as in after tonight it will be Sox 1, Angels 0 in the Division Series.

Still for sale folks, two KPlayerscould be yours, just make me an offer. Asking price is $900 for both but I would probably take $800.
