Total Recall(2012) No $1.99 upgrade offer

Hello all, does anyone know why the K-Store is not offering the $1.99 upgrade offer. It shows disc to digital avail. I have the disc in one of my vaults and also have it in my uv library. I've deleted the title and also downloaded again but no change in offer.
 
For some reason, K doesn't have the HD version of that movie available in the store. There is SD and UHD, but not HD.
 
The D2D offer is because the disc is in the vault but it won't offer the HD version
Of the movie. I believe the HD version was available in the past but was removed when the UHD became available.
 
"Total Recall" (2012) has, thus far, never been available on the Kaleidescape store in HD quality. It has only ever been available in SD and UHD. I have reached out to our store content team to see if the HD version can be added to the store. I'll keep you posted.
 
Seems like Sony has a bunch of those, where the store only has the DVD available. Plus one where it seems to be an odd combination of extras from both editions.
