THE OFFICIAL NOT FAKE COMPLEX TOPS OBJECT ATMOS WITH WCG HDR AWARDS THREAD

CINERAMAX IOPH

Well-known member
This week kaleidescape gave us two amazing reference HDR Atmos titles that completely steam rolled over anything a cretinous poorly clocked audio UHD BD player could ever hope to come close to the knees of.

The Awards this week go to SPIDERMAN 2 with Tobey and Kirsten. Awesome atmos mix and "bringing tears to my eyes" in Quantum Dot glory WCG HDR.

Also the BBC Planet (as Ian has pointed out) title rocks, favorite scenes i created were the Iguana baby Snake chase scene and Giraffe Head Whacking competition.

WELL DONE!!!

Hey even low tomato movies do also happen to have incredible potential for ATMOS /WCG HDR awesomeness. Special mentions to Resident Evil animated flick and flatliners.

Keep em coming!

Sony is kicking majorola ass in the mixing department

The Old Jumanji atmos track gets a 6 on a scale of 5 for multidirectional bass whacking from every angle. Make sure all you speakers go down to 40 though.:D

The problem is in the picture transfer like LIFE, and Blade Runner you need a low sharpness low highlights setting on you display to make watchable, still contender for best ever atmos track.

Now a bit off topic but Proud Mary is the best sounding Neural-X Plum ever. Discrete full range sounds from every angle , super musical motown track, motown was famous for very bad recordings, specially multichannel it has never sounded this good.

This is by using a system in semi circle arrangement bed full frequency down to 40.

All the Money in the world also has an amazing presentation in Neural-X. For Some reason SONY soundtracks during (atmos or dts-hd) the last year have galloped way ahead of the pack, i love it.

Added in Atmos , good tomatometer.
