Anyone know which version is on KScape?
Theatrical Version: 108 minutes
Unrated Version: 122 minutes

Kscape has it at 108min but also has it as Unrated.

Theatrical is PG-13

I believe you need to download the HD version for the Unrated Version. The UHD version is the Theatrical Version.
 
I don't see how to browse to it on the mobile app, but on the web store under the purchase/download link, there is a link for "other editions". That will take you to the unrated version.

The unrated version is only available in HD, and the theatrical version is UHD/HD/SD. It looks like the times are correct, but the theatrical version is mislabeled as NR-R instead of PG-13.
