Has anyone tried using email via support@kaleidescape.com or sales@kaleidescape.com yet? These email addresses are provided in the "Help" section of the Kaleidescape online store.
If so, what was your experience like?
I tried using this for the first time this past Wednesday AM for my Wizard of Oz issue and did not receive any acknowledgement email nor actual response email yet in the two days that have passed.
I have resent my query a moment ago to see if this one triggers anything.
I can follow up with an actual call (how old school) next week if nothing happens again or at least to verify I am on Kscape's banned list (grin).
