Super Bundle Requests

Hi folks. Let's voice our feedback and share what movies/series/collections we would open our wallets for in a super bundle. Please reply with your requests in a list.

Mine are the following (in no particular order):
  • Studio Ghibli
  • Rocky
  • RoboCop
  • Muppets
  • Shout Factory/GKIDS animation
  • Disney animation (like all the classic theatrical movies)
I'll also add that $5.99 each for 3+ movies is a sweet spot of spending for me. I bought the Bond bundle, but $10+ each in a bundle is a bit much.

Bundle pricing for concerts would be welcome and I agree on pricing around $5.99 if possible. I also ponied up for the Bond films, but $10 a title just didn’t feel like the greatest deal. Then again, I’ve been around a while and got spoiled with some of the sub-$5 sales on past Black Fridays and what not.

Star Trek Trilogy bundle. I haven’t been able to get my discs to catalog, even after cleaning.
Any franchise/studio that offers small D2D discounts, really.

I'd say Terminator, particularly if 1 & 3 ever get a 4k release
Stargate (if the store ever gets some more seasons, series, and in HD)
Maybe dueling celeb bundles... Jackie Chan vs. Samuel L. Jackson vs. Jack Nicholson for the Jack of all Trades crown

Do collections of movies from studios that aren't in the store yet count?

I saw back to future bundle and I have the first movie when I try to complete my set It seem it wont work coz I have the first wish for people like me who own one or 2 of any movie bundle can have the ability to complete the set with the bundle price

It would be great to see movies you already own count in the bundle to be able to get preferential pricing on the remaining titles. That would be an awesome tweak to the bundling.

Agreed here. It's generally hurts the customers who buy the most.
About 12 hrs before Bond movies went on sale, I bought them all as a Disc-to-Digital, paying more than $10 more per title vs. the bundle price. I was only missing one Bond film from my collection, the last one. I could not get that on sale since I already purchased all the other titles (did I mention I paid $10 more per title just hours before bundle went on sale?) That was annoying. So yes, people who buy the most are then punished the most.

I thought someone was working on a credit for that transaction?

Send me your Store account email by PM.

Not to my knowledge. When I emailed K to see if anything could be done (store credit? anything at all?), I was told NO.
You have my sympathy/empathy 100% and I would feel just as bruised but that is how sales work and so I am not too surprised at the answer. it's difficult to draw a line on that sort of thing. You could argue that perhaps they should honour the price for the previous 24 hours too, but then if I had ordered just an hour before that I would feel just aggrieved and so on. Your only hope is to enjoy the movies for the price that you were happy/willing to pay at the time. Don't let it sour what are a great set of movies. Hmmm I was trying to help you feel better but somehow I don't think it got there did I :(

Oh I accepted K's answer. But it doesn't take the sting out of it, especially since I have to pay full price for the 1 Bond film I didn't have because I'd already bought all the other titles (at a much higher price.)

Completely understand. It gets to us all.

Dimitry's situation is being addressed, this should be resolved soon.

LOTS of retailers will credit you the difference if you have proof of purchase within X number of days and an item goes on sale. Usually 7-10 days.
