Strato Playback Audio Dropouts

Just installed a new Strato C Player dedicated to home theater. Unfortunately, on multiple content (Phantom Menace, Top Gun Maverick, The Town, etc.) the audio cuts out every 15-20 seconds. The drop-outs last 3-5 seconds every time. The system is connected thru an AVPro Edge MX Net AVOIP system. The image is playing as expected with no stuttering and pausing but the audio is not functional. Playback of same content via streaming services on Apple TV and gaming on XBox thru this same setup are working fine. At a loss now to identify root cause since watching movies on the K in this zone is rendered unusable at the moment.
 
I'd bypass the AVPro box to give yourself some sanity and establish a working configuration. I know you said other devices work fine, but the HDMI handshake for each is different. Have you tried different inputs?

Thanks Andy - not yet but planning to do some troubleshooting alongside integrator that's coming by tomorrow.
 
Did some testing on my own last night and was able to resolve the issue after doing a Kaleidescape Strato reset of the unit. After playing 2-3 movies partly thru only had 3 audio dropouts for less than 1 second each time. Much better than the multiple 5 second dropouts before hand. All the audio capabilities in the local browser interface were showing setup properly so just some sort of handshake issue perhaps. Will know more today.
