Strato is having a slowed download issue

Hi All,
My system has started slowing download speeds even though nothing is in use.
I had a single Strato that worked fine.
I recently added another Strato and I’ve been getting this error stating "Download speed is currently being reduced because your system is in use. Download speed will return to normal automatically when your system becomes idle" (shown in the image ) even though no one is using either of the systems in the house at the time of downloading anything. I’m aware the download speed in the Strato combo players is slower than the individual units but I usually get higher speeds than 70mbps.
Both units are connected via ethernet to gig-speed internet that is stable.

Please help, thanks!

You might try pausing the download in the Store and power cycling both Strato players, then start the download again.

Thanks for the suggestion Jim, it seems to be working ! I finished the download that I'd already started and completed another one with higher consistent speeds.

Is this one of those times where the unified system comes back to bite us? The system figures that because it could home data to any Strato S it treats them all as subject to triggering the throttled downloads, or does it only happen on explicit destinations?
