Star Trek TOS versions?

Do the Star Trek Original Series releases include the original versions, remastered versions or both?

The pilot episode “The Cage” (with Captain Pike) is in the extras on the Blu-ray disc release. There are also alternative cuts of a number of episodes in extras. I don’t see any extras listed on the digital versions on the Kaleidescape store. Can you confirm the pilot episode and alternative cuts aren’t included?
 
As far as I can tell, The Cage is not included. None of the seasons have extras at this time. No idea if/when that might change.
