Hey all. Watching on My Strato V > LG G3 > Sonos Arc.

Getting choppiness and audio cutouts on nearly all titles.

I've reset the server and player and tested other movies to make sure it's not my network. Removed the Arc from the equation too. Consistently have inconsistent issues at this point in the movie. My other V is playing fine.

Disconnected the soundbar and just got-some static like audio. Checked the HDMI cable and tested with other devices. Also, tested with other cables. And different inputs on the TV. Still have same issues.

Any suggestions?

Did you power cycle the TV? (unplug it from power completely)

That might not help, but it did for a client in the past (but the player wasn't a V).

I'll tried. Didn't work. I'll try to move the player to where my other player is and see what happens.

Ok, so I've moved it to where my other "V" is and it works, no problem. I believe the issue is located within the HDMI cables or the Network connection. Both would be odd, since they're working with everything else without issue, but still most likely. Will check this soon and report back.

Just deleted my post, not relevant given your last post. Hopefully it's just the cable, or a switch port (I had a port go bad on a Dell switch in the past).

Alright folks, I believe I have isolated this to my network switch between the wall drop and the player. I connected the player directly to the wall and it works without issue. This is the only non-Ubiquiti switch in my network. I have a ubiquiti switch to swap it with and I hope that will fix the issue. Stay tuned.
