Skyfall: imports but won't play

I imported Skyfall BR. The title is recognized by movie guide and has been video bookmarked. The option to "play disc" but not "play movie". After the 20th Century Fox intro playback freezes with no image on the display.

I raised a support ticket about this, however I was wondering if anybody else had seen this issue?
 
I have the Skyfall BR and have no problems. I have "Play Movie" and even have scenes marked by K. It plays fine.

My Skyfall is Region B...perhaps that has issues and the Region A pressing doesn't
 
I watched Skyfall on a friends system in the UK. It played without any problems.
 
Support have advised they are working on a fix...but I am surprised the Region B disc in the UK works, but my Region B disc here does not.
