Last night I imported on my new server (3U) the series Oz. I imported from season 1 to season 6.
When the vault arrived at the second disc of season 4 an error occured and the disc was imported, seperated from the season. I have the episodes from disc 1, disc 3 ,disc 4, disc 5 and disc 6 in one directory exept the disc 2. Disc 2 is in my movie collection as an unrecognized disc and I can play all the episodes on the disc but I would like it to be with the rest of this season.
The disc is not recognized.
Do I have to delete the whole season and start again? Is there a solution? Please some help because this is all very new for me.

It sounds to me like K missed bookmarking disc 2. I had one series that had this issue. I notified K support and it was fixed within 48 hours. I did nit have to send in the disc.
