Serial Number

Is there anyone that could help me out? I have a serial number for a K system but need to know what model it is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

It depends on the serial number, for older premiere equipment, that cannot be done.

Starting with:
0503 - 2nd generation Cinema One
0507 - Alto
0509 - Strato

I think, but someone can correct me
0102 is a kserver-1500 (1U)
0103 is a kserver-5000 (3U)

Starts out with 8 zeros, e.g. 0000 0000 xxxx is older Premiere equipment but unable to determine what that is from just the serial number and no other information.

Okay, that actually really helps. I have the serial number written down but not the model number. I remember that the model number ended in 0100 but couldn't remember the first part. I also know that it's an Alto, so K0507-0100 would mean it's a 1st gen Alto with 4TB storage, correct?

Based on that information yes. K0507-0100 would be a 4TB Alto.
