Secret Garden movie stuck

Tried to play the 'Secret Garden' HD movie two times. It made the client device stuck at a particular chapter in the same scene looked like paused. I have to physically disconnect the power to reboot. What could be the reason and how do you fix it?

I don't think I've had one where I've had to disconnect power to reboot, but I have ran into similar movie stopping error like that in the same place. Just delete it and re-download. That's always worked for me.
