"Schlupp Vom Gruenen Stern" - Augsburger Puppenkiste / cannot import

Hey,

the german DVD "Schlupp Vom Gruenen Stern" from Augsburger Puppenkiste cannot import.

Respond from K: "The DVD "Schlupp Vom Gruenen Stern Teil" is authored in a way that prevents it from importing. We do have the ability to add a fix to the database in order to allow the import of the movie, but it requires the disc be shipped to California for processing."

In the last cases the response was "... we order the DVD to process ...".

Best,

Patrick

I think they try to order mainstream DVDs, but if it's difficult to find, or out of print, they often ask to borrow one. They'll make it very easy for you with pre-paid mailers. If this is important to you, you should take them up on the offer and ship them the disc. I've done it about 4 or 5 times and never had a problem.
