Saving Private Ryan

Has anyone had any problems with the audio? I downloaded the updated movie recently and I'm not getting any audio. I know its not an equipment issue as all my other Kscape movies sound fine.

If you're having audio playback problems, the first thing I'd suggest doing is pulling up the Playback Options window (Info button on your remote, while the movie is playing), and navigating to the Audio tab to try selecting one of the other audio tracks. That way you can see if it's a particular audio format that's not being handled properly.

I have not heard of any reports of issues with the soundtrack on this movie, for what it's worth.

Thanks. I ended up both deleting and redownloading the movie and pulled up the Playback Options to make sure the proper audio track was selected. I checked the Atmos track and it appeared fine. Can’t tell if the downloading of the movie or your suggestion on rechecking the audio option was the trigger to fix the problem but my problem was fixed. Sound was on and the Atmos track was extraordinary.
