Remote Control Reset?

My remote control is going crazy. It was working fine until yesterday.
It does not turn on/off.
It does not move the cursor on the screen.
Only thing it does is when i press any key, it increases my TV’s volume to max.

How do i reset the remote to factory setting?

That's a new one....
If it's the K remote, have to removed the batteries to see if that resets the remote?

I'm not aware of any button sequence to reset the remote., I've also never heard of this problem with a remote. If the battery removal doesn't help, let me know and I'll get support involved.

Hi Jim

Pulled the battery out, even powered down the player and restarted it. Still No impact from the K remote. Any other suggestions?

Good point, I assumed he checked that already. In any case a new Remote is being sent.
