Purchasing Used Units - Digital Movie Ownership ?

Anyone have the link to Kaleidescape official policy of transferring a unit to a second owner? My underingstanding is that they let you resell to another private individual and even transfer any remaining warranty. However any digital movies DO NO transfer to the new owner as they are tied to the account and not the box. I know there was discussion here previously but can't find the link.

Selling yes, but not sure on the warranty.
Downloaded movies are tied to the account of the owner that purchased the movie from the store so these movies will not play. If you subsequently buy a movie from the store that is on the unit just bought it will become authorised to play so no actual download needed (useful if you have limited bandwidth / download caps).

Any remaining warranty DOES transfer to the new owner. The warranty is attached to the component, not the owner. This does not apply to stolen equipment.
