Problem booting a K0510 player

4K player seems stuck on booting. Just showing the logo and then "One moment please..." under it. My network switch shows a 1Gb connection, but it it not registering a MAC address against that port and no IP seems to be assigned by DHCP. Unit is brand new out of box but out of warranty (Old Stock). Any ideas what to try? I have tried holding down the reset button near the network port.

Connected via serial to the service port and this keeps looping. I guess it's failing to apply the the update it pulled down when it first connected. I have also logged a support ticket with K-Scape, just putting here in case anyone has seen this before and got any ideas on how to resolve.

Definitely a boot failure which means you shouldn't expect to see it on your network, but K support will have to tell you how to fix it.

Good luck,
Andy
