Play from last stopped

If I forget and press 'play' for a movie that I already watched part of the movie and stopped, can I again select play from the last stopped state? I guess not. Making sure.

Unless something has changed in the software that I'm unaware of (doubtful), the Pause function saves it from the last paused point, not multiple paused points

Additionally, I think just hitting the Play button will automatically resume, unless you pick the other option. It will pop a reminder flag about being able to start from the beginning instead when playback resumes.

You can just select the movie anywhere in the onscreen display and press Play. No need to open the details and choose an option. However, if you do open the details, the play button will behave in a special way. If you haven't moved the highlight to one of the playback options, it will do the same thing as just selecting the movie somewhere else and hitting play. If, however, you move the highlight to, say, Play Movie, it will do that action.

Getting back to what happens if you just hit play on a movie:

Additionally, I think just hitting the Play button will automatically resume, unless you pick the other option. It will pop a reminder flag about being able to start from the beginning instead when playback resumes.
That behavior has been slightly changed. If you stopped recently (like, maybe you went to grab some refreshments and hit stop), hitting play will just resume. If it's been a little while (I forget the exact threshold), when you hit play with the movie selected, a dialog pops up and asks if you want to resume or start over. This was to avoid the situation where you accidentally jumped into the middle of a movie when you meant to start it from the beginning.
