Personalized intro

I think at price of kscape they should include some basic app to make customized intro to your theater which can be as simple as "your last name theater" with 4-5 backgrounds ,fonts,colors, animationsat 1080p,wih simple check box option to include or not at beginning of every movie. That doesn't involve any licensing issues and is very easy to do, instead of people taking roundabout way and writing scripts etc.
 
I have my own custom intro animation - a very nice one at that, completely original. Not even I want to see it before every movie. I played it for a while but it just isn't what I am wanting to see when I am watching a movie.

Custom Intros

Oh I didn't realize that Kaleidescape didn't do them anymore. My next question was going to be what the price was, but I see that they run $150-$200 or so....

How do they work as far as setup on the system? Do you have a Kscape installed do it?

I corrected the above link, K was actually using DF for the intros.

I believe they will send you a DVD of your custom intro and you import that into the K just like any other DVD. (I have not ordered from these guys myself.)

That is correct. One would need to use scripting to drop them into the introduction sequence.
