Oppenheimer

I don’t ever watch extras so I don’t have a dog in the fight. But I understand the basic idea.

Once again, tho, I’d point out that no other digital provider has 3 hours of extras like the disc is being advertised. The digital extras seem to be around 70 minutes.

My guess is that Nolan is holding back extras for the disc and his whole agenda, and I’d also imagine certain studios are probably trying to charge distributors extra for the extras, which would result in a higher sale price.

I have a hard enough time finding the time to watch the movies on my list let alone extras, which will most likely be readily available on YouTube within a few days of the discs release.
I don’t watch them often but I do agree. They also should be downloadable individually rather than have to download them bundled with the HD version which still seems silly to the point of annoyance. It feels like such an easy win but I am talking as a layman.

If holding out on special features help reduce the cost for the movies, then I’ll opt to not have them. But can we at least have movie trailers in the UI as the bare minimum? It helps when I have a group of people over trying to decide what to watch. It doesn’t have to be in super high quality if that’s the concern.
